Please obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting our office via email or phone within 10 days of merchandise receipt. THIS IS REQUIRED! You should receive a reply within 24 hours. Products returned without proper authorization and marking (Return Authorization Number clearly noted on package) will be rejected at the Shipping Dept.

Return Terms

All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No cash/credit refunds will be issued after 30 days of receipt of goods. No refunds or exchanges are available on custom orders and/or worn items. All merchandise MUST be in its original, new condition. Please do not remove any tags or dispose of the receipt or shipping box until you are satisfied with your purchase. Items that have had the tags removed or have been worn will not be exchanged or refunded.
